or get invite from your friends who got g-mail ^^

google adsense need the host website to place ads on so next thing you need is web!
(Blog is one best choice for you ^^)

Next you have to sign-up google adsense ! at
www.google.com/adsense

includes the site which you need to add google adsense on!
wait for 2-3 days for page verification ^^
that's all then your google adsense will ready!
(If your page not allow in the verification steps you have to read the verification rules try to resend again to get google adsense account)
